Issue:

It takes a team of staff to care for the children that are in the surrounding slum areas. In addition to teaching them Bible lessons and helping with homework, they prepare food. Now that they've had to leave the care center, the staff is also traveling to the kids.

Objective:

The purpose of this grant is to raise $4,000 to help our sponsors cover the expense of paying their staffs salary.

Issue:

Pakistan has been suffering from an extended monsoon season with rains many times greater than usual. This has resulted in extensive damage to roads, property and loss of life in the mountain valleys to the north of the hospital. In the south of the country the land has been inundated with flood waters with many people homeless and more than 1000 deaths.

Objective:

The purpose of this grant is to raise $5,000 to help rebuild the wall to help maintain the integrity and security of the hospital campus.

Issue:

The heart of the inpatient care at Bach Christian Hospital has been a central nursing station, divided in two sections, from which nursing staff have provided care for patients in both male and female wards. The time has come to modernize and increase the efficiency of this central point of care to the largest number of patients and those with the least means. The current structure is not conducive to communicating with family members and is inefficient in that it doesn’t allow for certain shared nursing services between wards.

Objective:

Raising $10,000 to help refurbish the central nursing station to help enhance the function and efficiency of the area.

Issue:

We are trying to supply teenaged orphans that are working to get their education and move to a full time job. There is currently staff there caring for the children. They currently lost their biggest supporter in South Africa (was a church) which is why we are trying to help with the short fall of rent.

Objective:

Fund rent for 1 year at $100.00 per month.

Issue:

Due to inflation, cost of living has hurt the hospital. Bills are starting to add up and layoffs have occurred. The team has been brainstorming ideas to help reduce expenses and cost. One of the projects they are currently looking at is installing solar panels on the hospital. Currently they have around 70% funded from other sources. We are looking to fill the other 40%.

Objective:

Help fund the remaining 40% so they are able to start installing solar panels at the hospital to help reduce facility expenses and cost.

Many children in India are homeless or living in poverty, especially those who are orphaned or who's guardians are unable to care for them. They can't afford necessities like food or warm clothes. These children come to the Care Center seeking assistance.

Objective:

This grant will help pay for a child's needs for one year. These needs include (but are not limited to) clothing, nutrition, basic medical needs, and shelter in a children's home (if/when applicable). This will also help cover all school related costs such as uniforms, books, and tuition, as well as a bicycle for commuting to and from school. This grant is specifically designed for a child between the ages of ten and fifteen years old. The desired donation amount is determined by the number of children in that age range who are currently and consistently attending the Care Center. $2,000 covers the needs of one child for one year.

Issue:

At the widow’s home, rescued women find a community, a warm, dry bed, clean clothes, 3 healthy meals every day, medical care, and a Bible study twice each day. The cost per month ranges from $ 75 to $ 100 per widow depending upon their medical expenses. This grant sponsors (5) widows for (6) months.

Objective:

Care for widows that cannot care for themselves.
